If you know your current PIN but would like to update it, you can easily do so right in the app! Simply tap My Varo > Card Services > Set PIN/Create PIN.
You can also use our automated phone system, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 1-877-377-8276, and follow the prompts. Your new PIN will work immediately.
If you have forgotten your PIN and you need help to reset it, please call our Customer Service Team at 1-877-377-8276 and we’ll be happy to help. Our call center is open Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time and Saturday - Sunday, 11 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time (excluding federal holidays).
Once you set a new PIN, you should memorize it. You should not keep it with your card.
