No worries! If you lose your Varo Bank Visa® Debit Card, you can lock it in the app to keep someone else from using it.
To lock your card:
- Log into the Varo App.
- Tap on Settings at the right of the bottom menu.
- In the Card Management section, find Lock your card under the image of the debit card. Slide the toggle to the right to lock or to the left to unlock.
If you’d like a replacement card, our Customer Service Team would be happy to send you one. Just call us at 1-877-377-8276 and select option 4.
If your address on file has changed, you will be directed to a live agent to assist you. You will need to upload proof of your new address to our secure document upload center, at https://www.varomoney.com/documents before a new card is shipped. Varo Bank does not charge a replacement card fee.
