Yes. Great! Please go ahead and confirm your info. Once you do, we’ll send you your new Varo Bank Visa® Debit Card. When you receive and activate your card, you’ll be able to log in to the new Varo Bank app using your existing Varo username and password.
No. Sit tight! We’ll send a message in the current Varo app when it’s time for you to make the move to the new Varo Bank app.
I’ve received and activated my new debit card, but can’t log in to the new Varo Bank app.
Are you using iOS Version 13.0 or higher, or Android OS 6.0 Marshmallow or higher?
No. Please upgrade to iOS Version 13.0 or higher, or Android OS 6.0 Marshmallow or higher. You’ll need those app versions to use and download the new Varo Bank app.
To check which version you’re running, and upgrade if needed, do the following:
For Apple devices, tap Settings > Software Update. You’ll see the current version you’re running, as well as have an option to Download and Install any new versions.
For Android devices, tap Settings > System > Updates. You’ll see the current version you’re running, and also have an option to update to any newer versions.
