I’ve received and activated my new debit card, but can’t log in to the new Varo Bank app.
Are you using iOS Version 14.0 or higher, or Android OS 7.0 Nougat or higher?
No. Please upgrade to iOS Version 14.0 or higher, or Android OS 7.0 Nougat or higher. You’ll need those app versions to use and download the new Varo Bank app.
To check which version you’re running, and upgrade if needed, do the following:
- For Apple devices, tap Settings > Software Update. You’ll see the current version you’re running, as well as have an option to Download and Install any new versions.
- For Android devices, tap Settings > System > Updates. You’ll see the current version you’re running, and also have an option to update to any newer versions.
I haven’t received my One Time Passwords.
