If you’re a current Varo customer who hasn’t received an email about moving to the new Varo Bank app, you won’t have access to this feature just yet. Don’t worry; we’re working on getting you moved over as soon as possible!
For now, keep using your current Varo app and card like normal. When it’s time for you to move to the new Varo Bank app (the one with the purple icon), we’ll send you an email and a message in your app to confirm your info. Then we can send your new Varo Bank Visa® Debit Card.
To keep things smooth, wait until you get our email and message to move to the Varo Bank app — we’ll keep it simple and walk you through every step of the process. Your balance, transactions, incoming deposits, and scheduled payments will all be automatically moved over to Varo Bank.
Once you receive and activate your new Varo Bank Visa® Debit Card, you’ll be able to see the Varo Advance feature.
